Use of the app
Spendo is provided as a personal budgeting and subscription tracking utility. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes in accordance with the terms of the platform from which you download it.
No financial advice
Spendo is an organizational tool. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any information you enter and for any decisions you make based on the app's summaries or reminders.
User-provided content
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the app, including expense amounts, budget values, categories, and subscription details.
Subscriptions
Spendo Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription where available. One subscription period lasts 1 month and includes unlimited subscription tracking, renewal reminders, and subscription analytics. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Availability
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may evolve as the product changes.
Disclaimer
Spendo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, savings, or profits arising from your use of Spendo.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Spendo after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
